Title: Ciphern my numbers

Like Elly May Clampett and Jeffro Bodine I am not very good at ciphern my numbers. One room country shools may not be the best.
So can someone help me out?
Trump has said many times he is going to lower the price of perscription drugs by 200%, 400%, 1200%, maybe even 2000%.
Now I pay $14.99 for 90 pills of Sodium Bicarbonate.
Help me out here.
What will I pay, if true to his words Trump lowers the price by say 600%?

For example  ngc3 if a drug cost $50 and you were getting a 600% (-600%) discount  ngc3 you'd get the drug free and $300 handed to at purchase.  ngc3

So why does Trump keep  repeating such stupid stuff. It just gives the late night talk show hosts an endless supply of good material.
Does no one tell him about basic math?
