Post by: Lockedin With Pace on January 06, 2026, 02:19:08 PM: The Delaware Harness Racing Commission and judges have agreed to give Brandon Givens and Mike Cole their licenses back in Delaware effective January 19th.

Post by: MTP1972 on January 07, 2026, 05:38:13 AM: Brandon is on his 3rd second chance and has been arrested twice, once for robbing a man at the Harrington State Fair years ago and for DUI earlier this year. He had been suspended in PA too for several years before being reinstated last year for submitting someone else's urine in order to pass a drug test. Mike Cole's suspensions have all been drug related so he's probably the lesser of two evils.

They are both well beyond second chances. Might be 4th or 5th for each. Not sure how you reinstate someone that was just in prison a month ago.

Horse people had a chance to to make a go at it but we’re either to lazy or stupid to help themselves
