The courts prioritize timely efficient justice so delays aren't granted automatically. Another words- Howard Taylor will walk and rightly so he did not administer drugs. I'm surprised the judge hasn't thrown this out of court.

Postponing it isn’t helping him too much because he’s not racing there anyway . And if he does get his license that don’t mean they have to let him race

Case had to be postponed because the commission farmers (directors) couldn't get their tractors started due to freeing cold! So they just said call it off we're staying home!

Obviously Taylor is not being charged, or having licenses revoked, for injecting or administering drugs. Thus, that is not going to be the benchmark for him walking away from this. If it is, it's pathetic IMO. Aside from whatever the formal alleged infraction is, this is about his-----alleged-----role, contribution, and involvement. If governing bodies can't see that, and why he is different than other owners on those lists, then again, IMO, this is pathetic. Not simply for DE or PA or whatever state or track owner allows him to race. For the entire sport and industry.

I have no knowledge what he allegedly did or didnt do. Leave that up to the racing commissions to prove.
Here's what I do know. Anyone proven to have created, sold, purchased or administered this horrible stuff to innocent racehorses needs to be permanently expelled from the industry.

Walk? He's fighting to get reinstated so he can race. That's it. Even if DHRC rolls over and gives him his license back. Dover and Harrington can refuse to honor any declarations that his trainer submits. Its call Right of Exclusion.

The only matter im commenting on is DE and the other commissions who won't license him in their state.
The only type of person who thinks anyone who bought this stuff should be allowed to continue to race are the ones who created sold purchased or administered this horrible stuff themselves. Someone exactly like you.

You really are clueless. Any commission can exclude whoever they want. This isn’t a criminal case so not sure what walk free means. He’s not welcome due to what he bought. And yes, he did buy it. There is proof. The invoices have been posted. But I fully expect the Delaware commission to cave as usual. Surprised they haven’t yet.
