It was on Sunday that day too. Never forget
A-Bomb Originator
The day was December 7, 1941.
The Japs attacked Pearl Harbor, and war had begun.
I wasn't around then and I didn't die.
I wasn't even a glint in my father's eye.
I've heard the story many times, just the same.
We learned in our history books, the 'JAPS' were to blame.
The attack perpetrated, we didn't provoke.
International law, on that day, they broke.
The people couldn't fight back, most were asleep.
The bitterness, in many, still festers down deep.
This is the 90's and on life goes.
We must coincide with our friends and foes.
Though sometimes it's tough to decifer the two,
When you do, you'll find real friends are few.
Think back in horror, perhaps even shed a tear,
When Pearl Harbor Day comes round each year.

Emperor Hirohito who ultimately surrendered had this madman ultra nationalist General and Prime Minister who was the architect and enforcer of Pearl Harbor, Hideki Tojo aka Razor.
Died 12/23/48 by hanging in Japan.
We bombed Hiroshima on 8/6/45 and Nagasaki on 8/9/45, Japan surrendered 9/2/45.
