I do. Was never there for the races, but I drove by the place in the mid 70's. About what, a half-hour outside Chicago, I think. I remember when the grandstand burned down.

Burned down in 1977. Raced harness meets there throughout the 60s and 70s. Mile oval. The site where the track, barns, and parking lots were became a shopping center,  then part of that same land is where the Wind Creek casino now sits. East Hazel Crest, Harvey, and Homewood are all within 2 blocks of one another near 175th and Halsted aves.

One fall decades ago as a young farm boy I took a one horse stable to Washington Park. After a couple starts my one horse was claimed. (By Jesse Willis)
When I took the papers in Bob Larry the race sec. says "What are you going to do now"?
I say "Go home watch the corn grow and come back next fall with a bigger trailer"!

Saw many good horses there over the years.  Dancing David, Easy Prom, Peter Lobell, et.

Lost my virginity after attending opening night in 1969.

Awesome cafeteria third floor grandstand.  Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggie, roll and butter for $1.85.
