On December 2 at Northfield Park, Race 3, Dan Noble will drive Legendary Noble! If not for post 7, I would bet on him to win. When he’s in the sulky for the 1st time, he easily drops a second for the horse. From what I have observed, he senses when the pace slows and then makes his move, even when he knows he may be first up and parked for much of the mile. He must know when a weak horse is on top. Noble is almost impossible to beat from a good post with a horse that can leave. His ability to read the race dynamics is remarkable, allowing him to time his moves with precision. This instinct often gives him the edge over his competitors, making him a formidable presence in the sulky.

Shouldn't having post 7 entice you more to bet him to win? You may actually get a price.

Youngest gelding in a field with some old timers.
Highest earnings in 2025 for the field.

AMac with the fav, AMer 9 hole second choice.
8-1 ml maybe get 20-1.

I like Saulsbrook Ian, who is positioned in the 5-hole. He had a broken head pole in his last, and hence I am willing to toss that race. He beat some quality horses at Woodbine on January 4, 2025, but that was with Fellows as his trainer. I am going to watch the horses as they step onto the track before wagering. There is too much inside speed for the seven to get into the race.

Legendary should be 100-1 based on his last 8 starts earnings of $300 (total, not per start).
But I always wish good luck to my buddies Trig and Calhoun.
I'm more drawn towards your pick, who had some pretty fast times in the Maritimes.

Bait A Hook drops and pops. My horse was rough and broke. Looked like he did not want to be out there.

On to race 9, Chuck Groen looks to have turned around True Blue Lindy. Looks like he should double up for another wire job.
In Race 11, Sinbad gets assigned the 8-ball again. Still cannot believe he parked the half in 51.3 at Scioto. I assume the week off will freshen him up.
In Race 12, Big Skewy N mowed down American Fling making up 7 and a half lengths after parking the entire mile. Will likely get a much better trip from post 4.
In Race 13, Barbados shoots for win #49 with Merriman and the rail.
In Race 14, I am selecting horses 1 and 2 for my WIN 4 bet.
In Race 15, Dan Noble moves onto Risenshine Seaside from post 6. I do have to question the soundness of the horse after dropping into a $15,000 claimer last week.
In Race 16, Dan Noble moves on to the 7, Northern Angle.

WTF are you talking about?
There is no scratch in race 12 at nfld. Race 13 yeh.
You're alive with the Johnny Sack, $78?

You can see the scratch now. My Pick 4 blew up.

Why did it take so long for that scratch to be updated and seen is the best question in this thread?
You're good at pointing out horses not going to win.
Maybe this handicapping scheme is what you need to do.
Not a joke, process of elimination.

Some hard-to-figure races last night...seemed like a lot of horses were stuck in quicksand, hard to make up any ground.
-
Yes, the track was in poor condition.

Nice pot for the PICK 4 carryover: $97k. My play:
1 2 4 5
1 2 5
5 4 2 1
7 5
