Title: The satisfying revenge of Howard Taylor
Post by: Cashout on October 12, 2025, 02:08:23 AM
It’s coming and personally I’m going to love it.    Howard will clear his name and go on to win many big races.   And when he gets done annihilating Jeff Gural in the lawsuit he might end up owning the Meadowlands.   Have your fun while it lasts , Howard will get the last laugh.  He’s already got more money than he’ll ever need , so the last laugh will have to do.

I do. It personally k ow Howard but he may have a lot of money but I highly doubt he has Gural’s money and to say he will own the Meadowlands after the lawsuit, I doubt Gural is losing any sleep o er this.

After a certain point, we don't need more $ for my grandkids to enjoy for their lifetime. It comes to a point where happiness & family health is so much more important.

Howard never seems like he is enjoying himself, always trying to "one-up" everybody around him.

The Meadowlands Sports Complex (including the track) is owned by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA).

The NJSEA is an independent authority that was formed in 1971 by the State of New Jersey.

(NJSEA) "The 16-member Board of Commissioners is appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to four-year terms, subject to confirmation by the New Jersey Senate and it includes three ex officio members: The authority president, the State Treasurer and a designated representative of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission. The authority holds regularly scheduled meeting which are open to the public. The minutes of all authority meetings are subject to approval by the Governor."

Jeff Gural (New Meadowlands Racetrack LLC) leases the track from the NJSEA through 2041.

Hey, Trig.  For most people, they don’t let the facts get in the way.  They’ll write anything that pops up in their heads without research, and claim it’s the truth.

it’s blown way out of proportion just like the other guy with Ford every day making some dumb announcement. Howard and Ford will be just fine.

Nice job copying and pasting.

If I copied and pasted something I put quotes.

Notice the big paragraph with the quotes.

I knew Jeff Gural leased the property but I didn't know every bit of that what was in that post.

You still stalking gamblers and wishing death upon them?   ngc3

That's the winning post here so far, yours.

Seeking redundant money is wasteful, and is time better well spent with family, plus each person paving their own way leads to their own sense of accomplishment.

Narcissism, ego maniacal behavior you'd think they'd be so proud of their family once they've reached financial independence for their and generations to come, yet being on that pedestal, needing more money, power, and attention no matter what it takes, even putting the family in jeopardy...it's undesirable, reaches to illness.

If you disappear from here you won't be missed! Telling someone to be careful not to fall off the ladder is NOT wishing death upon them.

If this was just Taylor v. Gural it would be one thing. It ain't that any more. Gural exercised private property rights, and if that's all the happened Taylor would have one fight on his hands. A massive one, but one fight. However, this has progressed well beyond that and it's mounting big time. One state declines him upon renewal, another just pulls the plug (not upon renewal, I think), then another, then Canada, and so on. Taylor's ability to own horses and race is being disabled state by state.

This is compounded by the fact that the overwhelming majority of his horses are owned in partnership. How do you think Ron Burke and his partners are feeling about being partners with Taylor now? Svanstedt? Melander? Marv Katz? Brixton? These are just a few people who owned horses with Taylor in the past five years or so. Even if he doesn't own horses currently with these people, he owns most of his horses with partners. I don't care who they are, but they can't be feeling good about being partners with Taylor now, and potentially not being able to race in multiple jurisdictions. The state's and governing bodies have spoken. They don't want him. Can he fight everyone on this? Sure. But it ain't looking good for him.

As a lawyer, and a nut case he's taking the conjecture, innuendo route.

You're right, he's a pariah.  But he knows where "their bodies are buried" if he defended them for likely, partnered possibly too.

As long as you don't attempt to kill your old lady outside of racing with a steak knife is there nothing that eventually just doesn't fade away in short or long term...
