Josh Green blew out of Delaware a few years ago for Kentucky. He told people that Kentucky breeder program will be number one and he was getting part if it. Not to mention the heat was getting to hot in Delaware.

East coast tracks have the highest quality trainers, drivers, horses by far. Lucpark is delusional as always.  ngc3 ngc3

If any of the east coast tracks were to close the first one would be Harrah's Philly. The purses are low, the casino doesn't do very well and it's located in a bad area of Chester.

There is a good area of Chester?

Maybe a 4 block area but only during the day . It's located 2 blocks from a minimum security prison. There are alot of boarded up houses close by too.

Luc I know you haven’t been happy with the status of how things are going at Hoosier. Do you plan to move your trunks and harness bags to Kentucky next year?
