Won the Open $39K Purse and the Invite $39 K Purse and not on favorites. Don't know him that well. Is he good or lucky?.

Good for him.
Not a spoiled American slob.
He won with a Henry trotter hit it for almost 40-1 there.
I'm American, I'm tired of both sides spoiled cheating cunts, you try, win good for you!

I bet you couldn't pick him out of a lineup and I am sure you don't know him personally. You are correct about one thing and that is he is not a spoiled American slob, as he is from Canada.

First, let me say, myself and others here thought you were body / brain snatched because this shockingly tamer Michael Campbell has been weird and creepy. Good to see you're turning back into your old self again, a fucking asshole. Thank you for that, at least! ngc3
Yeh, he fucked my mother, I opened the bedroom door and the both of them said a little privacy please. Where did I say I fucking knew him personally? You're still a fucking dummy though - pick him out of a line up - yeh I wait for the post parade and start jerking it! ngc3
I'm betting horses for over 40 years, along with simulcasting, and 25 years online too. Is it too hard to fathom, I watched Western Fair in London, or Flamboro in Dundas and other Ontario po dunk tracks?! ngc3
I recently benefited off him at the BigY. The horse was Captain Wania, a trotter and a Trevor Henry owned horse. I liked his qualifier thought there was more in the tank, and caught him at Mohawk at big odds. He then went cold, they took him to Yonkers and he was still cold, all different drivers on him, trainer change too, then Colin Kelly came in and again I think it was 38-1, nailed wp and exacta. ngc3
Point being in a night like last with these loaded horses get no tries, bad drives, stiffed to hear the young guys, one I have first hand knowledge of taking horses under performing and winning, yeh I'm thrilled to see others reporting that's true and consistent. On a bigger circuit too than he's accustomed too. ;D
-
Well, he is keeping busy: at Yonkers, Monti, and Pocono. Sometimes 2 in 1 day.
Has over 13,600 drives and over 2100 wins, so no novice.
-
Maritime kid, crushed the Ontario B tracks, never really got an honest shot at WEG, packed his shit, moved south for more opportunities, worked his way thru and now getting rewarded for his effort..

That's an over-full diaper load of red boarding there, old son.
We give folks a lot of runway here but at some point Pigland will step in.

The above is somewhat untrue. He's from Cape Breton and moved to Ontario (that part is correct). He never crushed in Ontario. Many people suspected that he had enormous potential but there were a few caveats. He got into some foolhardy speed duels which produced the usual unfortunate results but the big issue was his no-shows. Many times he just didn't appear without even an attempt at a lame excuse. You may guess what the issue was.
Luc and Anita Ouellette used Kelly at the B's and gave him a reasonable shot at Mohawk. He definitely drove well but you can't be a young and promising hopeful and not show up ... he got too many chances.
But no mistake, the talent is absolutely there.

This is true. Nice kid from a good family. Did well and had some personal issues, which is not uncommon when a young guy moves away and finds success. He seems to really got his life back on track and is doing well. Going to have a career year this year, putting in lots of work. Hope for his continued success.

Not one thing you say is a relevant response.
That day, I checked, was his only drive.
I don't follow the asshole.
You follow driver assholes, how's the smell! ;D

The relevancy was to the guy not the wagers, but the story is the story, no worries, I always have proof.
17 billion acts of real red boarding, this one owns this horse, drove that, trained this, did this did that, oh I'm at PEI....does everyone need to submit proof, really, so if any one said they had a good or bad night at the track that's red boarding too.
Redboarding is putting up your wager post brag after the race just concluded saying you hit something. Who the fuck gives a shit about old news.
You say you're in France, probably a joke, but I'll take you at your word. Not going to seek the posts where you laid out your itinerary... ;D

How would you know I have dick breath and take meds, are you an expert on it, you sure are! ngc3
Mikie's back, missed the fucking asshole.
Tame is lame! ;D
-
He has enough skill that if he gets some decent accounts with good stock, he could clean up at a few diff tracks in U.S
If he gets a halfway chance, I could see him doing well
His dad or uncle drives too
I wish him all the luck

Happy for him, he made a move and hopefully he keeps working hard !!
-
I have watched him since his move south and I think he's pretty good. Until I saw him at Monticello, I never really knew who he was. I wish him luck!

Ya he can get one going on a half. He seems genuine & passionate about the horses, great horsemanship. The best thing is, he's always trying. Short odds or long, I always include him on longer shots for 2nd & 3rd

I know you have dick breath because you can smell it from 5 feet away but what really validated it for me was the several short curly hairs in the corner of you mouth.

You got me there, I'm embarrassed & don't know how I'll cope. My 40ft motorhome is only a 2023, it's older now, please don't tell anyone.
I can't compete with specimens like you & the shopping cart one

Impossible, if I was within 5 feet of you I'd be in the prison you're in right now where you get turned out to the Black Guerilla Family ngc3
The warden must be on vacation why your posts went from tame to lame, and more computer privileges - good for you pigeon Mike - keep cuming back to me little birdie! ;D

That's red boarding. Please provide pics as proof. New Plop rules can't say you have anything of value, won anything unless you have proof - ask Calhoun! ngc3

You talking about betting, so what you can bet, but everyone should be embarrassed. ngc3
If betting fuels racing and you're an involved owner that you should be happy with those placing bets, like you say you do too. ngc3

I voted for you, what happened there, was there a tally behind the scenes?
You bust my balls, but you're funny as shit, and won the toss.
Hope to see you handicapping with us, I need the help lately, no one red boards losers more than me, remember that!
Oh, I always list all my wagers here in advance, scratch that! ;D

I though we were talking about hot drivers at Yonkers
-
he’s always had talent and did very well at the Ontario B tracks but last summer he didn’t show up half the time for some reason, maybe personal.
seems like a fresh start was needed and he appears to be making the most of it, especially with the top guys in Lexington several days a week.

I thought this thread was about a guy named Kelly who takes it up the ass at Yonkers
-
I thought Colin Kelly would make it full time at Mohawk, and Brett MacDonald wouldn’t. Sort of like 5 + years ago when Alffie Carroll & Bob McClure were crushing the B tracks, I figured McClure could make it as Carroll overdrive everything.
As far as anyone younger making it, only one I can see making the leap is Sam Fillion, but the last name may be a detriment currently. He’s patient enough not to run & gun everything which killed many starting out there, even Mark MacDonalds first attempt to break through.
-
I also believe Sam will be a Mohawk guy in the future
-
Two observations about Driver Kelly and Yonkers racing in general.....He seems to give a legit effort on his drives, not only at Yonkers but also at Monticello (which at that track is saying something).
Also, the nights when Bartlett is not racing - the racing is much more enjoyable watch and the opportunity to cash some decent tickets is much improved. Just my very humble opinion.
-
Not surprised he's doing well. I think his driving has matured a lot in recent years. Good driver or bad, nice guy or not, the haters here will hate him because that's what they do. Hate. I am sure some will point to his association with Bako and being at Mark Ford's. Just more nonsense.
