Race one Tioga, another ridiculous stiff job. How do the judges let this continue. Chasing away the small amount of money left in the pools!

Yep. they are experts on playing the condition game.. Seen it in Toronto too many times.

That clan have been screwing over the bettors forever and a day. Had one race against him up in Ontario in the winter and he stiffed until the final, then comes the power drive and win. No track should take their entries but if you permit it, you promote it.

Whelan keeps horses in NW 1,2,3,4 for as long as possible. This has been going on for as long as I could remember.

I almost started a thread on this subject. I agree completely, the guy is stiffing horses for checks left and right, flying late to be second and third with horses that would win with other trainers.
