Does it mean the trainers are using Grade 1 mislabeled PED’s?? Grade 1 drenches/yogurts?

the breeders are sadly trying to enhance stud fees by creating their own "graded stakes" system

Graded harness racing stakes have been in existance down under for a long time.  My partners and I bought a Grade 1 winning mare from N Z connections in 1994.
