A lot of entries requiring split divisions this year!
-
was just coming over here to post how remarkably stellar it is. Better than Hambo day which gets bogged down with 2 yo trotters.
post position draws making for very interesting odds in some of the aged races
finally the debuts of Luna Lovegood and Maxim Mearas but how ready are they
13 horse field in a wide open Maturity
-
COACH STEFANOS VERSES SABONIS NICE RACE BOTH INDY MONSTERS
-
Agree, great looking card.
-
Bet AKE on every trotter no matter what the last few starts look like. Whatever he does race day for big stakes works for him.
-
wow
-
Looks easy

A lot of entries requiring split divisions this year!
the Dancer and Miller almost always have enough entries for two divisions
this is not new

Going to reply to both threads about MeadowlandsPace night. 1. I’m going to meet some good friends. We have reservations in Pink. Never been there. Glad to check it out. There is going to be some great racing. I will be cheering on “ Ken Hanover “. Go Team polie. Ken is in the “Haughton “10th race post 9. Polie and I use to work for Billy So it would be a special win for Polie.
Ken has won 5 in a row in 148.3 or better at 4 different tracks. Also setting the world record.
On a half mile track the last time we were all together was the Breeders Crown @ Pocono
-
Excellent card! Best of luck to everyone betting!

I have been to PINK many times and it is very nice. Buffet tonight is $69.95 + tax and tip. they sell out twice a year
M1 Pace night and Hambletonian day
why are you so excited about Pink?
the food sucks and is over priced
-
The usual fee is $49.95 but they increase it for Pace night. I agree it should be less. It is a friendly atmosphere with harness racing fans in a clean open area for dining and watching races. The food is decent, nothing great, but better than your statement.

You would think 'THE LEADING DRIVER' ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 Beckwith would get at have a least 'ONE' drive.
Turns out no. I'd like to hear from some of his cheerleaders who idolize him explain that. 11.wp 11.wp 11.wp 11.wp

He's definitely cooled off with all the big boys back. As for Meadowlands Pace night, he was only listed on 2 horses, so he opted for Saratoga instead which has NYSS action tonight.
-
GREAT BETTING CARD!!
-
The weather should be great as well and expect the PACE to go NO slower than 1:47:0 tonight. Under/over 1:47:0 for the PACE. What say yee? 1:46:3 sounds about right but can Bulldog's 1:45:4 possibly be in danger? Bet AKE all night long as well!
-
One of the worst paces in history. Still winner will go 48.2

I am not a "time" guy and really depends on the surface(which has been known to be souped on a night such as this)and fractions--but I predict 48 flat

If one of these horses goes 1:45, Petrelli will have the Feds on the trainer's ass by monday noon at the latest. 11.wp

Harris should not be racing Funtime Bayama in these stakes races. It is no FUN for Funtime to be up the track week after week. He is not good enough and belongs in Canadian overnights but with the dough they shelled out they want to compete with the top horses but they should realize by now he AIN'T what they bargained for.

Let's hope so.
Wake the Feds up and give the industry some sleepless nights.
-
I'm going with Captain Optimistic in The Pace.

I heard he'd kill every living person in Connecticut, if NJ allowed him a Casino.

Then those people are safe, it's never gonna happen. As for racing in New Jersey. His exact words to me when we met at M1 "I hope it fucking dies tomorrow". He's sick and tired of carrying selfish unappreciative shit shovelers. He loves the game to death. Learned the hard way how most horsemen actually are.

He was privy to all the cheaters from the FBI lists and what did he do, he stood tall with words and then folded. He was going to toss everyone, and recruit from where Cal Expo?
Well, sure, lol if racing was his childhood dream, mission accomplished, and he got a chance to see how the sausage was actually made.

When he let people back in he said he banned on 60 Minutes is when I realized going to them is fruitless. One other thing, this thread should say "NEW" Meadowlands. Doesn't come even close to Pace nights during the glory days. I've said from day one it will be the little guys who get shit done. Fighting from inside the game only gets you tossed. When I was handed the ammunition nobody could control me or threaten me. The horsemen did the rest by bombarding the powers that be screaming. Now it's all out there and the states are FINALLY taking it seriously.

What's most amazing, all your advocacy moves in harness racing abuse have been behind the scene where these fuck faces historically bury shit. You've had no major media coverage, and you accomplished so much.
You're a great brain surgeon, finally you drilled in there and set up shop!

HELLUVA HANDLE: The wagering on Meadowlands Pace Night was predictably vigorous, as a 2025 track- and industry-best $5,099,674 was pushed through the windows on the 14-race program, the fourth time in the last six years that betting busted the $5-million barrier on Pace Night. The races that took in the most action were the Pace ($622,225) and Dorothy Haughton Memorial ($583,596), combining to take in just over $1.2 million in play.
