I saw incidental contact, or Borth at fault as JJ had the inside of him.
I picked the race up live in the stretch and was disappointed as I had the 6, Borth cold.
I watched the replay because of this thread, now I know why.
On a side note, if Borth is an alcoholic, crack head fucking cunt into gamblers, the mob for big bucks or just a retard, none of it and if all true wouldn't surprise me. I actually liked the horse and missed who was driving otherwise I would reconsidered betting this 14% winning wonder.
If life in general is further deemed unfair I want to write into a movie screenplay that finds McClure's lobbed off head in a pile of manure, and it's ruled a suicide - is it so far fetched the way that dome shakes. The entire Mohawk colony can suffer a strange and similar fate in this flick and Borth can get kicked in the teeth by a horse he stiffed too. ;D

Watched the start 6 times definitely looks as though 5 makes right hand turn into 6. Yet judges take 6 down I guess if your top driver you get call like baseball when it’s clearly a strike and umpire says ball 4 🤷🏽

I think they got it right.
Race 2 $90,000 O.S.S. Gold 3 Yr Old C/G Pace
Judges’ Inquiry into the first turn involving #5 Tip Of Time (6
th) (Jamieson) and #6
Control Rocks (4th) (Borth). After video review, #6 came over making wheel to wheel
contact with #5 causing him to swerve and go off-stride. #6 finished 4th and was placed 6th
for interference. The horse was deemed to be running in on its own, perhaps shying away
from something. No further action will be taken with Mr. Borth.

#4 Blue Bar (3rd) (Cullen) was charted with an “i” before the quarter, #5 Tip Of Time (6p5)
(Jamieson) was charted with an “ix” also before the quarter.

The incident happened because 5 of the 6 drivers were Hell bent on getting the lead no matter what in a 25.4 quarter. Apparently none had a "plan B." McNair and his 3-5 piece were going to get the top and never give it up.
I think they got it right.

No driver change, was really him and his colors. Ambitious dude, hustling. ;D
-
He was shying away from the car but Borth should have anticipated that but he's young and relatively inexperienced driving two year olds.

They were all three year olds. It was all Ward's fault. He came in on Jameson..
