Found the big guy here:
https://www.seelsterfarms.com/bulldog-hanover
Lists of his progeny I pulled from here:

Jack Darling paid $150k for one of his boy's progeny Saulsbrook Big Dog

Burke picked up his first foal out of the Seelster Farm's mare Deb, Dax Seelster with a 154 3/5 win...

Looking forward to see if his babies can run like daddy who went 6 starts for 4-1-0 and a 150 2/5 at 2yo!
You find any info of other progeny, their qualifiers, races, we're a bit late to the party but not that late...:)

(Bulldog Hanover) Shadow Play – BJS Squall – Artsplace
Any fertile Artsplace mares still out there?
It's a $5000 stud fee to breed a mare to Shadow Play, maybe it's worth a try if it can still be done. Blue Chip Farms recommends breeding to a Cam Fella mare too but that sounds even more difficult if not impossible based on that he passed 24 years ago, Artsplace 19 years ago.

A year ago or so there was a 2yr old Artsplace racing in Australia. They can use frozen semen there I believe.

That's right, standardbreds semen can be frozen, thanks for the refresher.
Just for curiosity sake I googled taste of horse semen, of course reddit has a damn thread for everything. Even Google AI has a description, wow, this world is wackadoo.
How much do you charge for retrieval, or is it your pleasure? ngc3
