LT new trainer.
-
AKE is no nonsense
-
Who will be next when LT can’t get him to go forward? Ake trained him last year knows the horse inside and out. Guess Luther thinks Ake forgot everything. Guess it’s easier to blame others when you make a bad decision.

The horse is 5th best and never was worth 1.8 mil but to each his own.

If the guy listens, realizes he made a bad buy, massively overpaid, got taken advantage of, or whatever you want to call it.....then he'll find a good trainer and stick with him/her. If not, he'll keep moving the horse and chasing what he thinks this horse is.

Who is LT?

Who is LT?
Linda Tuscano

Linda Tuscano
Is that really the best choice? I would have said Noel or Nancy or even Burke...if it were your horse, who would've been your choice just out of curiosity?
-
Melander or Wallin
-
Didn't think of them, both would be decent choices. tmbz1

Thank you

Sarah told him to come pick him up

More than likely that is the case. Ake has plenty of aged trotting talent
-
Easy come Easy go. Luthers new theme.
-
Who is LT?
Lawrence Taylor.

Took me a while too, but I'm thinking it's Linda Toscano.
-
Nothing wrong with Linda. But, I will be quite surprised if she improves the performance of this $1.8 million trotter. But, she probably has better dedicated spots to race him than Ake. That alone might help.

It's no win situation and I wouldn't want to train that horse. If she improves then she's drugging him and if and when she doesn't he will get pulled and go someplace else. Problem isn't the trainer or driver it's the horse. He's a nice horse at best and not even close to be a top top horse. He was always closing but and it's huge but the races had to come back to him. He never once in his life passed a horse by out footing them. He's not in high regard as a hard trying horse if you know what I mean.

This was a head scratcher from the start. You almost think someone is laundering money it was such a horrible price for this horse. But I’m sure that’s not the case, just a bad buy from a guy with way too much money and a history of showing off overpaying for everything. Looks to have a couple nice homebred 2yo this season, not sure how many babies he has.
