Twin Spires has 10:00 Central time which is 9:00 Eastern time.

Oak Grove, KY — Due to the extensive heat wave that will cover the southern portion of Kentucky, the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation and Oak Grove have made the agreed upon decision to move post time for Monday and Tuesday’s (June 23-24) Kentucky Sire Stakes events to 9 a.m. (CDT) for both days.
The paddock is open to all incoming horse for Monday’s card at 12 noon on Sunday (June 22).
Any concerns can be relayed to presiding judge Casey Larson.

Oak Grove, KY – Due to the continued concern of heat in southern Kentucky, the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation and Oak Grove have agreed to adjust post time for Wednesday (June 25) to 11:25 a.m. (CDT).
All trainers are required to use the Oak Grove schedule and please adjust all Lasix and paddock times by exactly two hours.
Any concerns can be relayed to Presiding Judge Casey Larson.

Its a good thing they weren't dependent upon the handle for the purses today or they would have been racing for $200 instead of $40,000. First race total handle was barely over $5000.
