Title: More Names? New Trial Begins 6/16 With 3500 New Exhibits Of Evidence

This trial goes deeper into the drug network that helped support the scum in both harness racing and horse racing. Remember all those bullshit prescriptions? More exhibits were ordered by Judge Vernon S. Broderick to be revealed during the trial of Sam Glover a pharmaceutical sales rep. All part of the same network of criminals we all know, nobody saw this coming either. If they were scared the past few weeks they should need TQ starting next week.  ngc3

3500 material does not mean the number of Exhibits.  It signifies evidence tht is required to be disclosed pursuant to statutory and constitutional law and is pursuant ot 18 United States Code section 3500.  It is usually evidence that is inculpatory or evidence against the defendant and is also known as "Jencks" material.

We all know what happens when there is communication introduced into a trial. This has been on ice since 2018, and includes a shit load of names we know very well. Any of you bad boys still operating out there who dealt this this guy..... ngc3
