what are Hawthorne's consequences for lying to the Racing Board over multiple years now stating they're moving forward with their casino?
their license to operate should be revoked. Period.
The thoroughbred horsemen can race in Collinsville and the harness should be legalized to move forward with Decatur.
Our state is by far the biggest joke of a state when it comes to horse racing and overall management.
