Title: Maryland
Post by: Call Sign Merlin on May 31, 2025, 11:25:53 AM: Thought we might talk about the actual horses. Last week he didnt really sprint with them off the end and then today made two breaks. I chalked last week up to first off the bench and that they wanted him to go within himself. Track looked punky today and no many were getting home more than 28 but still some mild concern if I’m Melander. At the very least he is likely behind schedule now.

Still no Maximus Mearas and the 3 year old trottin colt group looks like it may be a bit average

Too bad if true, he has/had the makings of a superstar.

Melander can burn a young horse out with the best of them.
