Title: Per Engblom
Post by: theokodjak26 on April 28, 2025, 03:20:20 AM
Well it took two years but his cheating trainer has been thrown out of NJ for 380 days. So will Yonkers do the right thing and scratch all his entries beginning with tonight’s card?

What courts, he got his splits samples which failed and then over a year appeal. He's done. They're giving the owners time to move their horses to wherever Bartlett tells them to.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

I’m certain with the pending suspension going on for two years, the succession plan has been in place. Giving another 30 days before the suspension begins is bullshit. At the very least, no more entries should be accepted as of the date the ruling was made. He now has a license to steal more money from the series finals.

I said it Saturday night. First Mr Integrity Jeff Gural knows all this happened and still allows he and Bartlett "Mr. Nice Guy" to take even more money out of M1 before this chapter of the show ends.

Have you ever heard of due process?? This is America you have time to file another appeal if needed

Gural can ban anyone for any reason, as were seen over the years. For things far less significant than this.
Due process lol he's allowed in cause the entry box would be light without him. It would cost gural money

The NJRC which operates under the oversight of the NJ Attorney General already gave him his rightful due process and lost. You're correct, this is America and entitles people like you to walk around freely and STUPID.

Illegal immigrants even if you don’t like it have due process constitutional rights. Take a civics lesson of get your GED. You don’t like it change the constitution not have a king do it for you. Besides if people getting deported without due process you have no idea if they are here illegally or not. And lets be honest many are more innocent then Per.

Everyone is talking about due process. He had it as per the rules of the NJRC. AND was given over a YEAR for his appeal. He lost. You fucking assholes all cry how the game is corrupt and these guys batting over 400 are fucking you. Then they catch one and all of the sudden you become democrats trying to bring MS-13 back from El Salvador!  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Where does it say in the constitution that if you sneak into the country you are guaranteed rights?

Obama the Messiah for the Democrats deported 2.5 MILLION illegal immigrants!! Many were deported without what the libtards call “due process” without a peep from the libtards then.

You obviously have no clue about the laws. Yes the positive test held up. But now he can appeal the penalty, especially since it is not what was recommended by the appeals court

Another appeal would be everything that is wrong with the sport. The cheats keep cheating while tying up their positives. Burke is famous for this. Holloway did it for years too. No honest trainer wins at Per's percentage. Yonkers is a cesspool which he rules.

What does the leading trainer at Yonkers and Illinois governors have in common? They end up or should be in jail.

Well said all true no integrity for the sport he’s on the US trotting Association for a suspension, but yet he’s racing a different tracks at least I saw at oak grove n yonkers anyway, when you’re a big gun and you have a lot of horses with good owners and a lot of money and they need you and your horses sometimes they sweep this shit under the rug and they don’t care who you are but if you’re a little guy, you’re as dead as a Dead Bug🪲 it’s amazing the stuff that just keeps going on. It’s a shame, specially for horses. They are the true victims.🐴🥹

Appeals court???? What court would that be? He had an NJRC committee hearing last month and lost his appeal. If he were to take this outside the commission where he would have to file suit in the court of law and ask for an injunction.
