It actually isn’t Dave McNeight jr that claimed him. It’s his owners that he trains for that claimed him. You are right though, that piece of shit should be banned for life and not allowed near a horse. But then again Batavia and Buffalo let all kinds of drug using lowlifes race there. Petrelli, McDonough, clouser, 500 lb Sam smith, rice, brandstatter / hall, Dave Russo, kiblin. Only handful of honest drivers and trainers.

I remember when he was banned from the Meadows for putting EPM into several of his horses.
Then he put them on ongait and dumped those poor things on unsuspecting owners. I don’t think either 1 of them ever ran good again.
If I ever saw him in person, I’d spit in his face.

He had and incident in the barn area over at Meadows a few years ago, if I hadn’t been in the barn area that morning I wouldn’t have believed it, but PAC showed up to search him and he jumped in his truck and drove off the grounds and no search. Never seen anything like it

Good luck with this horse. Extremely talented however Constantly run off the track. Ran off the track at mohawk all the way into the parking lot and was banned.

I remember when Jim graham had this horse as a yearling, he couldn’t do anything with it. It is a nice fast horse but dont be surprised if trainer Dave McNeight jr gave him alittle high octane fuel, he’s no stranger to juicing the horses !

Let’s not all forget Dave Mcneight’s JR got epo positives at the Meadows , commission came to search his barn he fled the barn running out of it with the tool box of his blast jumped in his truck about ran over two of the commission people and left the track destroying the gate at the entrance. How he got his license back means he must be a little snitch . All his horses are good for a handful of starts then can’t beat a fat man. This horse has packed it in for multi trainers when horses are parked on outside of him now he sets a lifetime mark on off track with a horse parked 3/4 of the mile at him ?? he’s not a better trainer just a better blast

04/26/2019 IR REFUSAL OF AUTHORITIES TO CONDUCT A SEARCH OF BARN AREA OR VEHICLE
PA Code Title 58-183.255(1,6,14),183.332,183.342,183.344. Mr. McNeight failed to cooperate with a search conducted by Commission Investigators of his barn at The Meadows on April 17, 2019. During the search, he removed an item from the barn without allowing the item to be searched, fled the scene, and in doing so, put the personal safety of a Commission Investigator in jeopardy. This is conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing. Mr. McNeight is hereby fined $5,000 and issued a 730 day full suspension of his license, less 8 days served during summary suspension, 722 days remaining beginning 5/7/19 through and including 4/27/21. During the term of suspension, Mr. McNeight is banned from all racing activities otherwise permitted if properly licensed by the Commission, and is ruled off all grounds under the jurisdiction of the PSHRC. Any trainer transfers must be approved by the Judges at The Meadows. The fine and any appeal to the PSHRC is due within 10 days of this ruling. Fined: $ 5,000

Amazing person you are, you want to talk about this race in particular. This race was 10 years ago and it was the one that sent Howard Oriel over the edge. Ill be happy to talk about it. Howard had two horses in the same race, the one i trained had the rail, was the fav, the other one was long. Howard INSTUCTED ME to tell my driver to let his horse go in the first turn. GTFOH, lol, his one horse parked his other one. I was told the scene in the clubhouse was one for the books. Then howard pulled all his horses. At least he didnt run me over with his car, driving like a maniac like one of his many other previous trainers... funny Mr. " IM NOT HOWARD " that you would pick this race to talk about...

Are you going to return the money you got from Arlene Cameron and Dirk Simpson for those 2 unfortunate horses that you loaded up with EPO and then sold? I don’t believe either of those horses lasted more than a month before they had to be retired. I’m talking about Musclehead Andy and Naturally Bad. You should have been suspended for life rather than 2 years.

Dingus, dingus, dingus..who the hell could you be..Naturally Bad was a sulking, shadow jumper that i bought off dean collins for 2500, i bought him because he could leave with the car. I raced him out of the field for 3or 4 starts and Dave was able to win with him. I put him and musclehead andy on eharness. I got a call from dirks owner wanting to but the horse. I would not sell him the horse without talking to dirk first. Dirk wanted him even though i told him the horse needed a B track. Imo he would not due at the meadows and he only won a couple dummy claimers for me.. he bought him anyway.musclehead andy i ended up amishing for enough money that would assure the horse would not end up in a kill pen..so maybe you bought him off the amish, Dan Miller to be precise. This is all verifiable, and i adressed this in 2019 when you were whining about it before. I cant help it that you are bad at this business. You also threatened to spit in my face. Easy to mouth off under an anonymous name. This is quite the cast of characters on this forum. Im done answering questions to cowards who hide behind anonymous names.
