Title: Brad Irvine
Post by: jupiter on December 18, 2024, 02:55:14 PM
I see Brad's gonna be racing against his baby brother. Justin has better hands, seems to be be listening and still learning. Has his dads ability, unlike Brad, always looking for an angle. Hopefully he'll be smarter and learn from their past issues.

Justin has already forgot more than Brad would ever know.

thats what this sport is. who has the best juice/gas/fuel/dope.  pretty sad isnt it?
when i hadicap a race the first thing i do is look at the trainer and the odds board. bet the gas you will do well.

Sad, but 100% fact!  Thus the reason handles are down across the board.  Everyone knows it.  Bettors aren’t eager to bet 3/5 horses from doped up barns.  Risk-reward ratio just isn’t there.

you have a better shot at playing a scratch off lottery ticket. all the betters are old and dieing off.  the youger generation isnt interested unless you were born into it, and that isnt enuff.
make it into  a professional league. less tracks bigger purses. a real governing body. more publicity. maybe a tv deal. each week televise a different tracks full race card. put these nepotism people who work for the usta or the horseman associations to work. it can be done. make it a show.
