Horse was large. The last 1/8 he was really motoring. I always loved the ones that come from behind.

Lance, nothing compares coming from behind

they have him charte at 25.3.no fucking way. it was at worst 25.0 probably 24.4
-
what is Erv feeding him that he went from mediocre in the races before the Meadowlands to closing like a freight train the last two races against tougher competition
-
My horse beat him 2 starts back!! He stayed last all the way, then uncorked a 25.1 close, coming up a length short!! Same thing against Little Rocket Man last start, huge close came up short!!! He looked like he was breathing fire that last Qtr., Yesterday!! He was just begging MacDonald to let him go!!!!

Warkentin on Coach Stefanos shoulda used the famous Rambling Willie call of.. " is flying on the wings of an angel "..

The meadowlands has photo finish cameras at every place they chart the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and stretch. So it's all legitimate they know exactly how far back each horse was at every position. Every other track in the US has a person guesstimating.

loved seeing it
dont see those types of closes much anymore
-
Congratulations to the connections

the track was sort of weird last night, there was a wind at times and it didnt look like you wanted to be too far back...at least in the early races, then this race was totally an anamoly
did Dunn overdrive Abucketbett in this race and wear him out when he didnt need to...should he just have just floated and let Ruthless go and then either come first over or follow Bythemissal. I guess he didnt want to get trapped....Seven Colors getting a golden trip there. The prices were outrageous. El Rey up for 3rd. Bythemissal apparently not the horse everyone says he was. All 10 horses finished within 3-4 lengths of each other by the end of the race

Not sure if that's true...however the charter at the Meadowlands is top-notch.
Chart has Stefanos 9 1/4 back at the three quarters, may have actually been a bit closer, so the :25.3 is accurate.
