Blue Pacific scratched from Jugette. Thought detention started at 11pm rather than 11am. 🤣🤣🤣

How does a trainer explain to owners how their horse  was scratched out of an elimination for a $310,000 race because you didn’t know when detention barn time was.? 
How do they explain how they were late to the paddock and scratched from a $400,000 race. 

Probably mitigating circumstances that might have caused an embarrassing situation.??
