Improved at least 5 lengths.

Bob had a very good night regardless. Sylvia Hanover looked great and with a little racing luck, may have got there.

For whatever reason McClure seems to get a lot of criticism here. Not sure why. I like him. He's a lifer, a seasoned veteran at a young age, after driving for only 15 years, has won over 3000 races, had some major injuries and missed some substantial time (4 or 5 months one year)....and he's won a Hambo (first time out), was leading dash winning driver in Canada, won the O'Brien as Canada's best driver, and was the leading OSS driver as well. He's done very well. He'll do more, get more opportunities, etc. His business will continue to improve.

fair comment
just making an observation

I wasn't speaking to your comment as I didn't read that as criticism. Just was a reminder for me. Got me thinking.

McClure was originally listed than changed. I'm sure there is a story. Bob is a very good driver.

Maybe they just wanted a change of hands for a start or 2 just like Charlie May has switched to Noble from Brett Miller who had driven him basically his whole career. I like McClure as well.. probably my 2nd favorite driver at Mohawk behind Macdonald
