to rub salt in the wound--these folks betting after the bell are the highest rebated players/CAWs-the rebates virtually double the takeout for regular gamblers who dont have the ability to bet after the race starts--add on top of that the privilege of being able to bet on the first turn makes it non competitive
its just flat out pickpocketing
dont forget they can cancel wagers/take money out of the pools when appropriate ....breakers or laggards behind the gate never go down in odds-they only go up because they have little shot at winning

articles have Elite responsible for over 45% of ALL the overall handle(not just DelMar-they are everywhere)--not to mention the guys at Lexington and other CAWs
its not thin air-its just facts
as far as doubling the takeout--just do the math-these rebates are about half the takeout(if not more)-so if you dont have a rebate-you are feeding the advantage these guys already have
and please stop with the "show me the proof"--it is insulting

You need to rework your math. If a CAW operates before rebates at a completely unrealistic roi of 5%, even that extraordinary phenomenon would not raise takeout by double for everyone else.
If anyone wants to know off-odds 10 minutes before the race goes off, all you have to do is look at the will pays. They will tell you all you need to know.
If you have proof, evidence, whatever you want to call it, I would have to ask why you havent brought that proof to the highest level of authority already

WEG has the corruption down pat,,,,,,,,,,,,, They have almost nobody who plays big numbers with them in the past still playing and that is perfect for them as they do not even want them betting with them but they want their money in the pools and that is a fact.........They have it set perfect as most players who wager real money can not complain about anything as they place no wagers with them and that is perfect with WEG people and AGCO IS run by f,,,,,,ing nitwits that have no qualification or knowledge,,,,,,,The numbers are simple and 90 percent of the handle is 3-4 percent in money coming in for weg and they do not fight to ever get a person back that leaves them for an ADW AND THAT IS for them and the stupid gamblers that bet with ADWs have no interest in doing anything as they believe they have it good playing in this crooked card game with a monster rake but if you thought it was bad a while back times were getting worse well i will tell you that they are way more daring now and are stealing knowing that it is a town with no law but i can tell you that class action will be brought up against them soon as it is becoming a FFA WITH CHEATING and drugs are no longer the big issue with gamblers and i know for a fact that most ADWs are starting to lose people in droves and only Elite turf club is making money,,,,,,, Also today it is rare to see a trainer or owner in the winners circle as no one wants an overpriced picture of a drug horse on their wall with pictures of family and it is not a success story to win races and lose tons of money,,,,,,

add in the betting on the first turn and you are climbing at least twice as steep a hill
henceforth---doubling the takeout for all of us

In ONTARIO the government wants to see a viable product and just look at numbers without understanding true numbers and they see a good handle that is not real as they have given the right to elite to see all bets and then with a second to post put all their bets in and have a huge advantage and if you play poker imagine having the button every hand and getting to see all action before making your play ,,,,,,,,,,You would have to be bad not to win with that advantage and i am very sure it has to be against the RICO law for someone to have this advantage but does anyone think that government people know this is going on.......

the entire tote system is antiquated and the tracks do NOT want this updated
a modern state of the art system(like China has) would show a timestamp of when the bets were sent in
as it is now-the timestamp does not exist(for after the bell wagers) and thats the way they want it
its all about a massive handle loss if the betting was legit--the industry is dying and dont want their death accelerated

yeah ok any. because all races are won by the leavers. dumbass. the only advantage to being able to bet into 1st turn is eliminating breakers.please stop. oh and most of odds changing are due to most wagers are off track and held in the hub.

so monday 5 out of 10 races won by leavers, sat 3 out 12 races won by leavers. i dont know how many of those actually show leaving on program but that doesnt seem like a big advantage

duh--all of this has absolutely with nothing to do with who wins the race
its about the odds drop on the first turn--if you can see the first 1/8th of a mile then bet--that is a big advantage

This is the proof that these wagers were placed somewhere in the first turn of the race? You have to be kidding. But if you think this is proof, why wouldn't you take this to the authorities? Your accusation is of a very serious crime that could bring a serious class action suit. You believe to have proof. Why not use it to tear down this corruption you know is occurring?

Pocket ROCKET,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I am going to assume that you have been around for a while as not to many new people have entered the arena of standardbred horse racing,,,,,,,,,,,In my younger days BILL ROBINSON DOMINATED racing like no other in the sport from claimers to FFA HORSES AND BABIES and a first time Robinson was gold and paper did not matter as it was usually a new horse that appeared and not one regular horse player thought it was legit and many complained and no person ever got a response that we need to do something and every year we as fans looked at BILL IN a tuxedo receiving all year end results and this seemed to never end,,,,,,,,, At the big m it was GELROD AND WEBSTER two super trainers that were part of this stable and RON WAPLES,john cambell RANDY WAPLES AND jackie mo made a huge living off this great trainer that never gets talked about today,,,,,,,,,,,, His two sons that were going to take over after his passing somewhere forgot how to train but seemed to run the stable very well while he was alive ..........Today we have no memory of anything BILL ROBINSON as no horse he trained or he himself have an award named in his honour,,,,,,,,,,,,, Now i remember a former school teacher writing out 100s of complaints for years and one day he had a no trespassing issued against him,,,,,,,,,,,,,I have read many times over the years that why would this person risk using drugs and how do you answer a question that needs no answer to a every day gambler and truth is BILL ROBINSON TESTED positive way less than one percent as did lance armstrong and every drug cheat ever,,,,,,,,,, No trainer in the history of racing was more obvious about cheating than LOU PENA as his claims let the screen and made brennan look like a fool but he was interviewed on standarbred.ca and the USTA AND THE PRE GAME SHOW AT THE BIGM AS THE UP AND COMING TRAINER and i could feel more save that he was cheating than OJ killing his wife,,,,,,,,,,,Now to your post are people beating the system and the answer is it would be equal to LOU PENA using drugs as it is a no brainer,,,,,,,,

I do not believe that the big players off the past would of ever let this happen but most are gone or dead and never really met a horseman that gave a crap,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
