Post by: GOAT on September 03, 2024, 01:52:30 PM: Before we know it now as Balmoral, it open in the 1920 as Lincoln Fields at at the same location in Crete Ill.It opened as T-Bred track and in the late 1960's I believe they switched to harness racing. Started as a half mile oval then 5/8 mile and lastly a full mile oval.
