You know much about the Red Mile or the new KY program? All kinds of funding in the works for improvements on top of improvements that have already been made, and even government funding proposed to help pay to have it there. You are incorrect, it will at the Red Mile in the near future.

When I was there last year, the paint(what was left) on the grandstand looked to be from '74.
