Is rejecting the challenge the same as the thread title?

The Justices left in place an appeals court ruling and rejected claims that Congress gave too much power to HISA.

Oklahoma, Louisiana and West Virginia and some racetracks filed suit originally.

It sounds like they heard it loud and clear and agreed with the appeals court and commented on it.
