No second wave of indictments involving Harness Racing is coming. FBI isn't looking at Harness Racing anymore. They are now strictly working on behalf of HISA, which isn't governing Harness Racing. Until they are, load them up. You will only have to deal with state commissions for the time being which is a joke. If you kill one, no problem, as Russell Williams and crew will cover it up.

Russell Williams is a disgrace as the USTA President. He's a disgrace to his family's once good name, and he's a disgrace to the gay community. ngc3

I wouldn't say the second wave isn't coming. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if people like Russell Williams isn't being looked at for the criminal enterprise that he runs.

russell williams is a sausage smoker?
so if i had to guess the first set of indictments were tied together harness and thoroughbreds. people from both industries went down.
man i wonder if seth is singing like a canary or anyone else is singing. i would be looking over my back if i had any connections with those guys.

No one is listening to anyone singing. FBI is too busy, Petrelli is too busy, even Gural seems to be giving up.

Are the inmates back in charge ?

Probably are. Honestly, some never slowed down. I know one thing, if I was a chemist trainer and I saw a bunch of my peers headed to prison, I promise you I would become a hay and oats trainer IMMEDIATELY. This business isn't worth losing your freedom but like I said, some never stopped. Hey, they have much bigger balls than me, that's for sure.

And do what to support your family. Go to work At McDonald’s? Unfortunately the guys that resort to using PEDs have no talent and couldn’t win a fixed horse race without help

McDonalds pays much more than prison. In fact, the McDonalds over here in Matamoras is paying $22 per hour.

Point is these Juicers are no different than thieves or drug dealers. They would rather take there chance stealing money than working for it. And realistically look at the tiny percentage of trainers that got prison time.

All true but I bet if you ask one of the gassers that is currently in prison, I'll bet he or she regrets their actions, as their lives are shot to hell.

The questions are:
1) What talent did they have without PED's
2) How much money did they sock away/hide
3) How long are they serving
What if you stole hundreds of thousands, didn't have to pay it back, served little time in Federal lockup, & had no talent to begin with? I'm guessing some made more money than they would have made in their lifetime. Is it worth it? Not for me...but it could be for others.
-
1. Very little
2. They stole lots of %. But a high percentage of the money went to their owners. I’m sure Allard had a pretty good stash up in Quebec. Navarro in PR The Americans will have a harder time avoiding paying the restitution
3. Only a couple of years in Fed Prison. If you hid away 10 million or so. Probably not a bad proposition. Especially given the fact that you have about a .0001% chance of actually getting convicted

Mike, I use to go fishing off the bridge from Matamoras to Port for eel's as a kid. Trout fishing up at Mill Rift!
Jean Drolet lives in Matamoras.

There are some owners who are duplicitous and culpable, and are involved in obtaining illegal PED's. There are vets as well. Of course there are trainers. Unless you go after, catch, and punish all three, you are simply cutting off Hydra's head. I for one was hoping that the FBI investigation and indictments of Navarro, Servis, et al -- and Gural's banning of Howard Taylor -- would be the efforts that broke the dam wide open.

Yes he does. So did Rene Allard. I live in the next town, Milford.

I would bet many of these packages were bound for the Bush Track circuit. Those guys are ruthless and without any conscious at all.
