The biggest crook in the history of Chicago harness racing was Jim Dolbee. Hands down!!!!

Dave Magee was the biggest stiffer in Chicago. He had everyone fooled for years. Thief and ended his career chasing tony mo and Andy Miller all around the racetrack.

Tony and Andy both were out east for years before Magee retired.  Andy Miller doesn’t even belong in same conversation as Dave Magee
