Title: Borgata math
Post by: JL52 on March 15, 2024, 08:51:39 AM
24 entered, so why does Yonkers card four six- horse fields rather than three full ones?

6 is one more than their usual 5 horse invites.

You’re right. Apologies, just spotted it.

Both premier series have short fields. When you think Yonkers can't fall any further it does.

4 divisions tonight..... each one more boring than the previous. Merry go round, shoot me now boredom for 50k. Please put up a hotel now right on the finish line. How many more Monday's of this watching paint dry. Horriffic.

This calibre of horses is NOT FFA material and the purses and final are being wasted by Yonkers this time of year.

Watching paint dry is more entertaining than watching Yonkers. It's sad what YR has become

It is pathetic "racing". Each division one horse left the gate of the six, got the top easily and then they went glued to the rail one through six through the 3/4 quarters into the turn ans all out the last 1/8th. A complete joke almost totally dependent on post draw despite six horse fields. They will be forced to go two or three divisions of 7 next week when a few drop out, or go to 5 on the gate ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

I see first leg winners: Line drive Hanover - Covered Bridge - Desperate Man drew in together. Posts 2-3-4 respectively.
Still will probably make for a line-up after they settle in.
