They used to call these irregularities the S.M.E.(short meet effect). Some participants will risk the bad payout,because the penalty is weak! Besides that the Judges are there to watch races and go home. They don't want any conflicts that will require paperwork!🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊💯

\thank you for weighing in , I had the 8th race per for $2 and was pissed off,  and the 10th race I had the tri for 50 cents- that per was pounded and my tri low also.
