He was a race secretary at Monticello and he did broker horses yes.

this was after i bought horses thru him over 10 years ago..

Like your trainer Jack Rice was pure as the driven snow. He destroyed more horses with Josh and Tracy's go go juice than anybody and somehow he has skated clean from prosecution. Give me a fucking break.
