Title: Why didn’t Goofrual publish the whole list.
Post by: White Rabbit on November 03, 2023, 05:00:22 PM
Why didn’t he publish the full list, that is a very small parcel of the full list. Who’s he protecting. With as many keyboard lawyers on here why can’t one of them use the Freedom of information Act to get the transcript’s which will have all the names. I did call the SD of NY and was told it’s available you have to request it. Do you really think Fishmen made 11 million and that’s all that are on his list

The list includes a number of people who were also indicted in March 2020 for their roles in what prosecutors say was a widespread network of drug suppliers, distributors and end users using adulterated and misbranded products to dope Thoroughbred and Standardbred racehorses. Thomas Guido/Guido Stable, Ross Cohen, Erv Miller, Carl Garofalo, Tony Poliseno, Julie Miller, Rene Allard, and Richard Banca are all on the list.

Why did you just lie?  First of all you didn't post in caps which is a dead giveaway you didn't write this and when reading the article I posted, I see that you copied and pasted what you just wrote and added in Erv and Julie Miller who are NOT on either list.

That’s not the same as the list that was presented in court. The ones from the court proceedings have them broken down to what each person on the list bought. Winbak farms is on the list  you shared but they just Han coggins and health papers done.

There's over 2000 people on the general list of customers, of course all of them did not buy illegal meds, most of them probably did not but there's a lot of familiar names.

Where did you find a list that says Winbak was only health papers and coggins?
