Title: Before big sat shows tonight, a C track question

HANOVER ONTARIO THIS AFT
RACE 3.

792 GROSS CAN SUPER POOL
442 PAYOFF CAN 20 CENT.

explanation needed.  IS this track offering stateside 10 cent super wager?  And if so..why not Canada?

Otherwise, doesnt add up.  Takeout for one 20 cent super winner aint that much..right Hanover mgmt?

I've noticed at small tracks before say that is a single 20 cent ticket taking the pool and it was hit in the US then that bettor received 442 USD and it posts as a Canadian payout being that single ticket. Not sure if that is the case here, doing a conversion that puts takeout in the ballpark of 25% on that pool.

Twinspires shows the Super pool total for race 3 as $568.
The minimum bet in the US is .20
