Title: Harrah’s Philadelphia Racing Secretary

1-9 or 1-5 shot in it. This guy needs to go back to racing secretary school. He needs to get a job at McDonalds. Does anybody know this clown??

The ones you open classes for should be 10 to 1s, not 1 to 10s.
