The geniuses at Hoosier are charging the horseman to buy tickets to watch breeders crown races? The very races that local horseman are giving up their purse money to have here. They have the purse account in the red to fund the Crown races and now they have the nerve to send out a 5% discount code to buy tickets to watch? Who approved this? Not to mention the $1,000,000 beer garden and cornhole game outside space they are building with more of the purse account money?
