The reason he can't get any lawsuits going is because he is actually committing a felony with some of his recordings. NY state is a one Party state HOWEVER that goes out the window in circumstances like he said in a video today that he called what's her name Janice? He recorded the conversation but see, if she was in her office and I'm fairly certain she was , there IS an expectation of privacy. I think the whole phone call by the Senator, that was taped, was really "staged" thy planned on trying to pull one over on all of us. But the reality is that they are partnered.
