What's up with hoosier park canceling balance of races tonight???

Strong gusty winds and a driving rainstorm!! The 3rd Qtr. in race 3 was like 31 seconds, it was really blowing around the half!!!

Lost power to whole thing including the casino.

They "tweeted" last night that power had been restored after about an hour but horses in the remaining races had lost their Lasix window.
