Things got dicey after the seventh race last night . Judges disqualified the one horse for backing down the half over a driver's objection.  Two long time patrons escorted out by security . Hoover holed up in his office.

Myself and my brother have been owners for almost 40 years, we no longer race at Batavia for this exact reason! Keith Kash should not even be allowed on the grounds, Batavia management knows about a situation that transpired between Denny and Keith early in the meet and did absolutely nothing about it. Where Buffalo Raceway has ruled Kash off or is in the process. What does that say about the management at Batavia? Hoover lets certain trainers race horses in the same race under other trainers names. The only reason Denny was DQ’ed cause it was Denny! I hope both Howard and Michael call the NYSGC and well they are on the phone tell them about Kevin and Jim bending horses in half to get a McDonough horse to the front! Then you wonder why the handle is so bad!

I would bet my last apple that Kash will be racing at Buffalo. Problem with that call as i saw it is that they horse sitting in the 2 hole was gapping 2 lengths. Should Denny of been going that slow, NO, but the guy was gapping 2.
