How or who this clown knew or blew to get the job is another story. Aside from being the most under qualified idiot to call himself a trackman, Tim Masters is now telling horsemen and their rep to F off when they approach him about the track condition. Working at Yonkers really cuts into his Delancey's time in Goshen. What a mutt.
