why not, the ole lady fycking p shepherd

didnt ontario B driver Scott Coulter have solid season down there few yrs ago.
Once jody remembers 5/8 size tk fundamentals, he'll do just fine.
How many jody j ontario friendly stables setting up camp there?
*Mcclure prepping for the big m et al with Blais stock
-
could be interesting
the only thing potentially saving Mohawk is the OSS races
those ontario breds really cant go anywhere else
and that will bring the drivers back to Ontario for the money
also there just is not enough drives even though the usa has all the tracks now going
McClure might do ok if Blais sends enough horses down
also the usa trainers know this is a stop gap measure so they are not going to remove even an average driver they have used just to give a canuck a drive
-
It's pretty simple, some can weather the storm, some will not. Drivers and trainers will go where they can compete and make money. The industry lets you know. Take for an example someone like Iceman. Back in the 70's he wanted to train horses but couldn't compete so was pushed to the sidelines. It's a tough business.
-
THAT ROY BOY IS TRYING HOOSIER
-
Hey Lance/Calhoun you fool no one. I did just fine and invested wisely, again why chase chump change when racing against the chemists and that's why I got out while you only dream on the sidelines.
Do you ever wish you were able to tough it out until the quick hitch was invented?

TREVOR HENRY ON HIS WAY TO HOOSIER
-
Some will come back no matter, a few I’d be surprised if they ever returned truthfully...
-
Do you ever wish you were able to tough it out until the quick hitch was invented?
Holy shit. Calhoun/Ceba can be brutal
-
will be leading driver
How’s he going to beat Trace?? ;D
-
this should show how weak the driver colony is at weg these guys will not survive without the buddy buddy system they are used to
-
Roy will do well
McNair will struggle in pa
Jamison time has passed and who the fck cares about Tiago
-
lucpark like i said before nobody can win with fellows rats
-
jamieson does wear a tioga downs crest on his racing outfit so i assume they have a sponsorship/business relationship
-
It takes driving for a stable to become big at a new track. With that being said, Roy should have no trouble acclimating to Hoosier & anyone with a trotter should be putting Henry up, Henry is a horseman can help get one rigged up properly etc.
Jamie’s on will be fine toiling at Tioga , it’s small potatoes. I think McNair will struggle at first but will catch on if it don’t open back up in Ontario. He will get first call on Grants etc. McClure is the wild card, he’s got all the talent in the world, he can drive any style any track.
-
Sears came back and the down under triplets get all the work now. Timmy T is back and purple man. Not much work left for mcnair .Maybe he should try Freehold first.
-
Auciello and Blake mc both suck in the states , goodluck.
-
Filion has plenty of money hes in no rush to come south.
-
FYI..as soon as Ontario racing reopens, every trainer and driver mentioned here will be back with bells on..the horses will be back too,the threat of not returning is utterly bullshit..the boys are just doing it to stay sharp..FACT.!!
-
agreed on filion, he is much older than the others( except henrey) and so should have more tucked away and can use a short break
and yes the trainers and drivers will be running back , cmon they have it good here and they know it, you think they are going to make the same money picking up some average drives in the USA as opposed to getting 10 drives a night at Mohawk
the average horses might be another story, with all tracks open some people might be looking for decent overnight horses so some could certainly stay if they are offered a fair price, also many owners and trainers in Canada will need some cash and selling is the fastest way as opposed to trying to earn it in purse money back at mohawk
-
look at Auciello in canada vs his Us stats. He doesn't win here.
-
Blais, MacIntosh, McNair, Auciello all moved their horses so I don't don't think the Canadian drivers McNair and McClure will have a problem, I think they will do well. There is some history between Jamieson and Meadowlands and not of the good kind so I think that's why he decided on Tioga and this was before Gural. And it kind of shows you what Jamieson is all about he thinks he is great and he thinks he will layover those Tioga drivers.
OR...
He's staying busy, making a few bucks doing something that has been his life's work and it has nothing to do with "thinking he'll layover Tioga drivers"...
YOU KNOW-IT-ALL-BUT-KNOW-NOTHING, KEYBOARD WARRIOR WANNABE FUCKING WIND BAG. Go nuke a Pizza Pocket and play with your pecker. Idiot, Jesus!

jamie jamiseon did whats right for him

ONT drivers and trainers will head back quickly once tracks get the clear to race. Purses at Mohawk are better on average and sire stakes will get going in a hurry. Plus, I would believe if AM got a vaccine within a week every Canadian coming down with have been vaccinated and no need to have to quarantine.

Even with vaccination they still have to quarantine. There is no exceptions on vaccination status yet. So Canadians stay home!
-
Thanks Crash but have they given a time period on quarantine? Our HS in AZ went from 10 days late last year now it's just 5 days. At least for them they will be able to get vaccinated.
As far as racing in OH I will keep it short and simple. I paid into KY and IN and if he isn't a sire stake horse I have options in two places. Didn't pay into that series and IN writes plenty of mini series. OH maiden is a shorter ship, day race, 1k more in purse, and doesn't go last race of the night in IN then 3:30hr drive to Paris, KY. So better for the horse hope that helps your curiosity. Speaking of Rok what was the reason for living the previous barn? just askin...

Sold all my two and three year olds from last year bought three new colts kept our RGF with Irv little disappointing last year with my babies I thought we were doing better it is what it is I got figured I got one more good run at three years in the business and then I am out of the horse business

Good luck lucpark.thanks for update
-
Easy money
Roy
First drive. Easy winner
Luc cleaned up

So how do you like LPR now? Think he might do okay while he’s at Hoosier. He will drive circles around that driving group. Just watch!
-
Sweet Louie strikes again. I know he was only 3/5 but keep an eye on LPR if he looks live. Gets a lot out his horses. Driver change was obviously huge in the 2nd.
-
Believe me those Canadians hate when the american drivers go north to woodbine, or Mohawk. Overall they are not in the same league as american drivers. Zeron, Mcnair, Mr. personally McClure are B drivers thats all!! But they are cocky as could be. All those drivers are about the same in talent.
-
to be clear they might not stack up to the best usa drivers but in most cases they are not driving against the best( hoosier etc)
henry and filion are good at Mohawk but they stay close to home when things are normal
McClure and mcnair are the best younger ones that can hold their own on the grand circuit

Good grammar
You forgot the subject.......... ..............don 't they teach that where you go to school....that a sentence usually has a subject
-
Keith Waples ?
-
Stephen Hawking?
-
scott young is adequate and should be hungry
but mcclure will dominate mohawk for the next 10 years and mcnair will be tagging along
-
It's bad enough that Canadian drivers are going across the boarder to make money, just imagine if Iceman comes out of retirement and heads to the US with a stable. There will be massive backlash.
-
Same things were said about Campbell,Lachance,Gingras,O'Donnell,Dube,etc..but they just went down there and took everyone's lunch money every day for 25yrs..the young boys from Canada may be cocky, but don't kid yourselves, they can fuckin drive with anyone..beware.!!
-
Maybe some will stay
-
I think Scotty Young is the best in ca right now. He has more talent than horse, most of the time. He is a hungry motherfucker too. He would get all my drives if I owned any.
That's funny. He isnt in the top 10 in Canada.
-
That’s one way to get Canadians to go back across the border make them listen to Biden speak

Dr. Moore is P.O.d apparently at his homeland. Big Time. Listen to this part of his statement
"It's amazing how many people have left [Ontario], but there's no end in sight, really."
Sad for Canada but big M races are finally getting good.
-
Filion said ive lived a pretty frugal live so I'm ok. No need to run down to the states,
-
the drivers will be back on may 20 when racing reopens
