After the finish of the 7th race Gary Sibel says "There is a stewards review of the race into action involving the breaking horse in the 1st turn, it's not a Stewards Inquiry (WTF?) it's only a stewards review."
The screen then shows the replay with the words "Stewards Review".
What the fuck is the difference? angbk
The stewards are reviewing action in the race where Kerwood broke after running up on Roland.
So now Cal-FixPo will conduct a "Stewards Review" first, to determine if they need to conduct a "Stewards Inquiry!"

That too. tmbz1
It's just Gary's explanation was plain stupid. angbk
If a steward is "reviewing" action in a race he is by definition investigating/looking for information. 11.wp
And that investigation is accomplished by reviewing the replay of the race. angbk
For a guy who has worked in horse racing all his life that was the dumbest disclaimer I have ever heard. ngc3

the stewards review is simple. they check their tickets before making a decision.

I got an inquiry going on this thread.

took them a few minutes, they realized they were originally looking at the next race tickets and had to double check.
