All year Tiogas condition sheet has been, trot n/w 1001 Lst 4, trot n/w 2001 Lst 4, trot n/w 3001 Lst 4, trot n/w 5001 Lst 4. Suddenly some ones horse went over $3001 Lst 4. So the race secretary puts in the fix. Now we have a n/w 3500 Lst 4. HELLO we aren't stupid! Jeff needs to fix the corruption in his own house.

Just a guess sir, but would the horse in question be owned by Little E stables?
