Today, Governor Murphy said that Monmouth Park — as well as the Meadowlands Racetrack — will be able to welcome a limited number of fans to the tracks starting 7/2 at 25% capacity.
“Our race tracks will be able to reopen for in-person bets, including at their sports books and lounges — as long as they abide by applicable gathering limits,” Murphy said.

That will surely hurt Monmouth as they have very large crowds over the summer meet on weekends but I don't think it will have any real effect on Meadowlands as I don't believe the crowds are at 25% of capacity anyhow..
