Sportsmans 5/8

Spoken like a true veteran of game..sport..err. game.

Up our Mohawk and environs way, crushing the tote board with three fists instead of two these days for sure definite way 'individuals on the inside' getting $$healthier.

But yes..3rd and 4th starts off layoff CERTAINLY putting more 'players' in position to make up ground..and in a hurry.
Both with purse and excessive pari-mutuel punch.

Are we seeing alot of 'dummy' win money going in at B tracks 'a la Monti' to zig, when the exotics are slammed with the winning comnections's wagers zag?

And Gas-wise...yes again..odds have now been appropriately 'elevated' especially for the less knowledgeable newcomers to a show..ie.like more canadian money playing tracks like scioto..thus the handle burst ....and now it is time for the 'dirty local gents' to impose their backstretch medical will and re-assert their power with 9-2 wins, instead of usual 7-5 walks in the park.  (And then expect 7-5 trips on the same juiced horses coming next week)

Its been part of the show for many years. And yes..3 weeks in off the layoff..reality starts to set in.  GOTTA BE READY.

**as well,
I will continue to monitor Casey Leonard at Hawthorne...no one a better odds buster and toteboard blow up...but you must be patient...look for races where he SHOULD miss the exacta....those are the only kind of harnessrace opportunites for the public to really have fighting financial chance.

Won 4 straight using Casey.
In again tonight.
Amazing the improvement in this horse when Frank got her, even when his daughter, Pluta, and O’Mara had her before.

Big money bates looks to have interesting  horses in race2,3, #9looks better than these but its babies also the 2 in the 3rd lasix  and driver change puts her there at the end .I'm guessing  2 favors will be out in the pic5 looks to be good play with carryover tuff to beat the 4 in the first but my opinion  2,6, can 3 with pocket trip but only at 5/1or higher pass at lower
