racing will be different for the next few weeks,maybe bet the 5 and 10% trainers as they might be on a level playing field

Parx is letting one of the indicted trainer's (Marcos Zulueta) entries go in the last 2 races. One is 2/1 on the m/l in the 9th race. How can they let the horses run?
