1) stay out 'til march!! Give Hawthorne three weeks of program form, then dive in. Early March water will be form-warm..AND by then, .400 casey leonard-itis will have taken hold once more....use that to your advantage to play in the one or two 'faux Leonard fave' races against him!!!
2) MAX BET 3 INDIVIDUAL RACES A NIGHT. MAYBE JUST TWO. no win 4s, pick 3s, etc.

Let us dummies, $$ banging mohawk and meadowlands and hoosier, help you.
Most times, we're playing hawthorne blind, without program, 'all in' on short-fave Leonard. Beat our ass.
Be patient...play your homeworked-out two or three races.

Yes he did well track was fast and good shape I was surprised last year it was slow and ruff track crew did nice job .overall opening night was good ,good prices and payoffs all around pic 4 800$ not bad with 3$,8$horses and two nice price horses both under 20$
