Ambulance, horses, outrider, drivers in the middle of the track and this asshole never slows down for any type of caution. Goes 4 wide looking to win the race showing no care towards anybody.... At least Bryce Fenn and the other drivers slow down knowing whats in front of them.

Should suspend this clowns license....
